When I found out I was pregnant, I thought someone would hand me a roadmap for parental leave. Instead, I found myself navigating benefits, policies, paperwork, and endless Google searches.
After many years supporting HR employee communications, I knew how to find the answers — but I realized most expecting parents don't have that advantage.
So I created the resource I wish I'd had: a real person to answer questions, simplify the complicated, and help parents navigate leave with confidence. Today, I also partner with employers to create thoughtful leave experiences that support working families every step of the way.
